Chacombe Parish Council – Public Information

In accordance with the provisions of the "Freedom of Information Act 2000" there are classes of information that our Parish Council needs to publish. It forms a "Model Publication Scheme for Chacombe Parish" and i t is divided into a number of classes, which are described on this page.

The information contained in each class will be available in a variety of formats. In the first instance it is available as hard copy on request from the Clerk to the Council or by inspection at the Clerk's home address or other suitable premises by prior appointment.

Secondly, the web site will feature some of the information, but, due to the volume of information that is to be made available, it may not prove possible to provide all of it through the web site.

Latest Parish Council Minutes can only be publicised when they have been approved by the Parish Council. Approval of minutes takes place at the next Parish Council Meeting in the following month.
